Jen Ross is an architect of inclusive and practical social impact projects.

 

With a strong track record leading projects in Asia and the Pacific, she specialises in diversity, gender equality, disability and social inclusion (GEDSI), monitoring and evaluation (M&E), and technical writing. 

Jen draws on 15 years' global experience 

implementing social impact projects. Her work maintains an eye on practicality, local context, safeguarding, risk, and sustainability.

 

She appreciates that effective project designs are at the heart of positive impact.

 

Jen fosters inclusivity within diverse teams. She's often brought into projects as a problem-solver for complex contexts. She is experienced supporting clients and teams to design, deliver, adapt, and measure project investments to achieve value for money. She has a strong track record supporting local leaders and local content, strengthening capacities through mentoring and coaching, and brokering effective partnerships.

 

Jen leads consultations, undertakes desktop reviews, synthesizes multi-source mixed method data, designs systems, and identifies clear options and recommendations. She works collaboratively and diligently to understand stakeholders' needs and shape fit-for-purpose deliverables.

 

Jen's natural strength is technical writing, and she loves producing polished, client-ready documents. She is committed to sustainable business and ethical work.

Jen's countries of experience include Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, Ethiopia, Indonesia, Japan, Kenya, Kiribati, Lao PDR, Papua New Guinea (PNG), Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tunisia, Tuvalu, UAE, Vanuatu, and Vietnam. 

 

She holds postgraduate qualifications in international development and evaluation.
